I saved this webpage in .mht back when said format was more useable. I am trying to convert it to .html but haven't had any luck. And I can't just save the newer version of the webpage because it no longer exists on Wikipedia as a single page. I am hoping someone more knowledgeable with me can help me convert this file.

Is it enough if you get all content or do you need it to look exactly the same too?

If it is, click the .hta so it opens in IE or Edge.
Hit Ctrl+U to view source.
Hit Ctrl+A to select all and then Ctrl+C to copy.
Paste the source into a blank document in a text editor (like Notepad).

Find the opening HEAD tag and paste this line right below it.

CODE
<base href="https://www.wikipedia.org">

Save as whateveryouwant.html .

You'll get everything but the layout won't be the same. The side bar will be down below instead of to the left. I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out why, but to no avail.

Ideally I would like it to look the same.
