What is the best way to ensure my videos load?

I have compressed them to h264 MP4 however they take ages to load.

I use godaddy for website hosting.

If I require to upload them to YouTube first. What code should I use so when the images are clicked the YouTube video loads?

Here is my link to my live website.

I have attached my code below.

Thank you.

Vid1.mp4 seems to be nearly 65MB in file size. When I load the video file directly, it plays in the rather large format of about 1400x700px, while the popup on the web page shrinks it to just 400x200px, which is quite a waste. If you want to show the videos in that smaller size, you should be able to make the actual video files much smaller, both in dimensions and compression.

If you want the videos displayed in just 400x200px on the page (like in the popups), then the video files should be resized to that same dimension. It's a bit small though, will it be viewable on a mobile phone? But I see now that only the landscape-oriented videos are that small, the ones in in portrait mode have larger dimensions.

As for file compression, I'd compress them as much as possible without any visible degradation.

BTW, the whole page reacts poorly to narrow browser windows, instead of rearranging the thumbnails into fewer columns, they are just squeezed together.
