HTML Image problem Options

Hi everybody,

I have this annoying problem and I hope someone can help me.
I have a wordpress page: http://tslagter.nl/

On that page I have an image shows with @, mail and telephone.
That image scales on 1920x1080 and on mobile its also good.

But on my surface tablet or if I resize my window the image isn't correctly alligned anymore (it doesn't fill the whole box).

This is the code I use:

Is it possible to have some HTML code that automatically allignes the image whatever the screen size will be.
Love to have a solution for this problem.
