I think you want to say that the forum is about how to configure servers, and that spamvertising of commercial hosts will not be tolerated. I understand what you mean by "relevant" ("relevant to configuration"); unfortunately, the meaning of the word has been widely degraded to mean "useful", "interesting", etc. How about instead:

Web Server Configuration
Server operating systems and configurations.
(Note: Not for discussion of commercial web-hosting services.)

Inherently this is no better, but it may be harder to misread.

I agree, you've better captured the essense of the meaning and I've changed it. Although probably no one will pay attention, but at least the moderators can chime in and point it out when necessary.
