I am far from an expert and have played with HTML on the side just a little. I was approached today by a parent from my sons school that I knew how to do this and thought I would be able to just figure out but not having an easy time.
This is to create a web page for fundraising which will probably be attached to paypal. This is for a publis school so it is NON PROFIT
Basically here is what it is: The school sells gift cards from well over 200 vendors and the school recieves a percentage (not relevent but based on whatever the company agrees to) back to the school. Instead of getting junk from a book you get the face vaule gift card and thats it. So parents have asked for a website with abilities to pay with credit card. This is usually done around christmas and saves alot of time while fundraising.
What I am looking for is a page with a list (auto alphabetic - if possible in case something gets pulled or added no need to think but not main concern) with a box prior that a quantity tcan be entered. I prefer not having to do a drop down unless I have no other option (again over 200 vendors) and adding a number is much easier.
"BOX" LL Bean GC - $25.00
"BOX" Sears GC - $25.00
"BOX" Donut Shop GC - $15.00
and so on. The "BOX" is meant to represent a box to enter quantity. Would love a small space between each entry.
I would love to add all the quantities first then checkout and hopefully have paypal understand the different cards without having to add a add to cart button next to each line item and go back an forth
Hopefully this helps understand what I am hoping for help with. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide. Thank you very much
Perhaps one of these CGI or PHP shopping cart programs will meet your needs:
