Your site doesn't look good, I mean your site is not having corporate look. It looks like that you have created just a normal site.
You have not organized your content in correct manner. I think you should go for rewamp of your site. |

It's better to use real text, but if you're going to use images of text, then put the text itself in the alt attribute.
