I need the code in order to ask from a person to enter a referral ID
and then I need to create a link with it.

for example: the customer enter ID "joineddie"
he will click on submit
and we will create this link "https://adhitprofits.com/?ref=joineddie"
and send him there

I use Adobe Dreamweaver
