It�s a little hard to explain in writing but I�ll try.

I need a website designed that when someone comes to the website, they are asked (given a choice to)
� Read all postings
� Read from a specific region
o They then select:
 Country
 Province/State
o ALSO, when they read postings, they will get to choose if they want to read male, female or all writers postings.
� Or write a posting
o They then select:
 Country
 Province/State
o When they write a posting onto the website, all of their info is required with some options and NOTHING gets posted to the website until it gets approved by �me�. A captcha will be required before the can do their final submission. All of this is to keep spammers off of the web postings or to stop inappropriate stuff going to the website.
� This website will be for one subject topic only.
� I wish to do it this way because web forums can get out of control so this way I can have a lot more control on the content and how it is displayed and controlled.
