I have not been successful in finding a contact form which I badly need. Is there any way to embed code from an email into a web page. I could use the email form as a contact form if the email form is attached to one of my website pages. Thank you in advance for your reply

Google formspammertrap and you'll find a good basic form that can be customized or left as is and it stops bots pretty well.
