I got this bootstrap template that came with a contact form. The contact form didn't come with a PHP file to make it work. Could any of you be amazing and please write me a php file for the form. I put the code for the form below.

Thanks,

Eli M.

I'm afraid nobody here will write you a PHP file. We are all volunteers here.
But, you might try http://green-beast.com/gbcf-v3/ .

Are you sure the PHP code is not at the top or bottom of the contact page? The <form> tag contains no action attribute therefore the page should submit to itself.

The <form> tag contains no action attribute therefore the page should submit to itself.

The INPUT elements contain no NAME attributes either. I suspect it's just a poorly written template.
