Help Needed — Can't Set up Div Box! Options

Hello!

I'll admit, I'm a newbie to HTML and CSS, but not like a newborn newbie lol as for what I need help with, I can't seem to add a profile picture div box right in this area!



I've been trying to get it, and so far the only amount of "progress" I've gotten is getting it on the left side of the top container (below marquee box), yet I can't seem to get it on the right... At all. And even with the left one, it was off-centred (If my memory serves right ☆ｏ(＞＜；)○)

For an example of what I'm trying to add, it'll be an img, like this!
