I'm currently designing a website and it worked fine but recently when opening the html file locally in Chrome it goes into an infinite loop and keeps refreshing. There doesn't seem to be any meta refresh tags in the page. Can anyone spot what is causing it to keep refreshing?

I've checked for meta refresh tags and the submit buttons syntax seems to be correct
