HTMLHelp Forums _ Server-side Scripting _ alert for under 13 test

Hi

I have put a test in a form. The test is if a user/customer is <= 13 years old, an alert will pop up and give a message to the user/customer that they cannot buy from my website.
I am using PayPal as my payment provider.
