Hi

I hope I'm in the right forum to ask this question. I'm new to HTML and I'm having a hard time sending a HTML email. The email was sent to us by a client and I have to send it out to my database. We send our emails through a marketing company so usually I just copy the HTML code into the email and we are able to send it out, this time however the marketing company has told me that

"HTML we received has been saved as from within Outlook. By doing so, the HTML that you gave us includes all the Outlook HTML and CSS.The original source file of the HTML will need to be provided."

I have asked the client for the origianal source file but it sill isn't working, can anyone suggest a way to remove the outlook HTML?

Thanks
