MySql Vs PostgreSQL - which DB can reduce the website load time for a WordPress website?

WordPress recommendations are:
PHP version 7.4 or greater.
MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater.
HTTPS support

So it looks like you should use MySQL.

But anyway, really, the choice of DB wouldn't make much of a difference if they were tuned properly.
You'll be affected more by the number of queries that a page load takes.
