Hi there pandy and Christian J.

I was beginning to believe that HTMLHelp Forums, like so
many others before, was also now sadly dead and gone.

But no, after what had seemed like an eternity, it has risen,
like a phoenix from the ashes.

What was the problem, in layman's terminology. if possible?

I recall the error messages I saw mentioned something about a crashed database table. No idea who fixed it. unsure.gif

Hi there! It's great to hear that HTMLHelp Forums is back up and running. The forum experienced some technical issues, which caused it to be temporarily unavailable. In simple terms, there were problems with the server or software that hosts the forum, but the team has managed to fix them and bring it back online.
