What is the problem/question?

I want to insert payumoney aggregator payment gateway which you can find here:- https://www.payumoney.com/aggregator_api.html and my sms mantra sms gateway which you can found here:- http://www.mysmsmantra.com/api.html . There is two user role, one is admin and another one is editor but i want a user role in which hall owner can see only their hall record and edit the seat, banner and other only for their own halls.

What have you tried? Where is your code?

I'm guessing you purchased the software you are currently using? (what's the name?) And it is this software you want to change?

Ok, I've got that. But where is your code? No one can help you if you don't post any code. Are you trying to modify the code yourself or are you looking for someone to do it for you? Show your code, we can't see PHP code in the browser.
