Does anyone know of a program that will make a Mambo template from an HTML source?

Any help on creating templates would be apreciated.

The site I am working on is BoldChristianLiving.com we have not changed the Template for several years and our designer is no longer doing web design. I thought I would try to do it myself and see how it goes.
