Many of the font sizes specified are smaller than the minimum font size enforced by my browsers. Don't use px for font sizes. Instead, use 100% for body text, larger percentages for headings and the like, and (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.

Many of the images are images of text. It's better to use real text, but if you do use images of text, then the alt attribute should be the text itself.

Well your site is ok, there is nothing much to improve but if you want you can improve your meta description.
Because in that you have not written any sentence, you have just inserted keywords.

I hope this will help you to improve your site a little more.

Strictly design and content comment:

I don't like the mission statement on the home page. I really like the appearance of the home page, very eye pleasing, nice graphic. But scrolling down it loses some of its "Wow". I thought the home page was too long. Removing the mission statement and putting it in a more expected place - like about us - might improve. When someone goes to your site they're thinking "what can you do for me" not "what do they want to believe about themselves". Get your services right up there. The most important thing, right?

I don't like the same image on every page. I REALLY do not like that the links put your through to the text below the image. Then I reflexively feel the need to scroll up to see the image, then am disappointed that it is the same one. I did this 3 - 4 times in a row, AFTER I already knew it would be the same image.
