Does anyone know if spacefilter.net is a good place to get customizable flash buttons if you don't know flash?

I would recommend against Flash navigation. A Flash app is going to have its own navigation of course, but using Flash navigation in an otherwise normal site seems counter-productive to me.

if I create my own menu buttons, I just would make sure they were jpgs and link them, right?
