hey - im looking for a tool that can test the maximum speed of my server's speed. not the speed of my website.

eg: a lot of tools will do a speed test on your website and the tools testing it may only have a 1mb connection speed. if that is the case then it simply does maths to show what a capable connection of 20mb's could produce. but my webspace provider does not advertise its maximum speed so im looking for a tool to test that. a tool that runs on a server which has a seriously fast connection.

if im not making any sense tell me to shut up :-)
