Just wrote a blog post on this and was a bit suprised that a few web developers that I talk to hadn't heard of it. Since it really is an awesome tool and does exactly what you need it do I thought I'd come link it here as well, although I'm probably going to find out that the people I talk to and myself are just in the dark ages still...

IETester, gives you IE versions 5.5 6.0 7.0 and 8.0 window modes so you can easily see exactly how users still being affected by the IE6 plague will view your site.
Found it can randomly crash though but not a big problem.
