Does anyone have a really good link that will help me understand how positioning works in css? I spend 90% of my time trying to figure out how to move things instead of working on the design. I think if I can learn how in stead of just poking around at it until I get the right effect it will save me a lot of time.

It's starting to get to me because you start off with your code and one command will center or move your content one way or the other. Then you get almost done and you just need to work out a few kinks and the exact same code doesn't work anymore or it works but it also messes up everything else. I spent three days trying to figure out how to center a navbar horizontally and gave up on it and found a completely different method to do rollover images even though its more complex and now I'm almost in the same boat. The navbar centers but the text will not center vertically over the buttons. It doesn't help that there are so many ways to do everything.

Thanks for the advice.

Where has the page gone? The pgzz site can't be found (supposing you're still working on that one).

Thanks for the links. I'm going to check them out and see if I can figure it out.

Yea I just moved it.

Thanks for the help. I didn't realize I had to subtract from the height the amount of padding I added.
