please I need help, im using MS expression web, how do I center my entire website

see how its too much grey on the left side, I cant figure out how to center it in MS expression web. Please, please!

for some reason its centered in IE, but to the right in firefox, this makes no sense

MSIE incorrectly applies

text-align : center;

to tables and block-level elements.
