I am new to CSS and I have downloaded a template to use. I am not sure I even know how to ask the questions but here goes.

I have a section that I want to add text too but in the template the section is very small but at the end of the section it has "Read More>>" which indicates if you click on the this "Read More >>" it will hyperlink you to another page but I cannot figure how to create that other page and or even where to put it. So do I create another document with the rest of the content and link to it. This is quite puzzling to me. If anyone can makes sense of what I am asking it would be very helpful. I am a network engineer forced into web management and design.

Also 2nd question how do I make sure all cell stayed lined up at the bottom it appears that it I add to much text in one cell the bottom of the page becomes uneven?
