I would like to send an email to all the people that have subscribed to my newsletter through my website. Do you know of any provider that allows mass emailing. I tried with yahoo but this is not possible as anti spam measure

Nearly all webhosting providers have limits on email.

Mine for instance only allows 200 per hour.

I use phpList software which can be configured to throttle the sending of emails for such purposes.

Try www.emailerz.com. It is a do it yourself emailing service that will let you design and even host your newsletter. They have a config page that you can include in your site to manage your sign ups etc.

Try Send Blaster mass emailing software.

However this is paid but you can still send 100 email at a time with free version.
