For some reason, when I write html, and then publish it. I get the character "A" with a little tilde mark over it in the spaces between words. Can anyone tell me why, or how to fix this problem.
Thanks,

Can you provide the URL (address) of a document that demonstrates the problem?

I can't get you the url, because I work for a school, and the pages in question are within the schools data management system and it's password protected for privacy issues. I will copy the code on here as well as what shows up. I can send a file of the page if needed.
This is what comes out:

Sorry, but there's nothing in what you copy-pasted that would cause this. But I did find some information on the web that suggests that it could be a character-encoding issue. Perhaps the editor is saving the file as one encoding, but the server is sending it as a different encoding.
