The hive Mind

There is not much too it, I do have a forum thats just starting (sign up please!! wink.gif )) , i just want to see what people think , please keep in mind this is My FIRST website . That I did not use any program to make it other then Notepad ++ Although i did use a css template to learn it. Please I am open to anything and I am still looking for a partner to help me come up with a site that is special...please let me know! thank you.

I recommend that you start by fixing the markup errors and CSS errors reported by the online tools. Decide whether you're using XHTML or HTML, and stick with that. Don't mix them together.

Don't link to content-free pages. If you want to leave the link text as a placeholder, then go ahead, but don't make it a link. ("SERVICES")

Use a template system of some sort to give all the pages a similar look and feel. It's disconcerting to follow a link to a page that is supposed to be the same site but which looks very different. ("ABOUT US")

about us is using the same background and everything you talking about like the header and everything should still be there?

Yes. The header and footer disappear when I follow links, which makes it feel like I've gone somewhere else.

I think I have got it fixed up! Your right it is way better when the links dont take you somewhere that looks much more empty and somewhere else!
