Why do you use the validation icons, when the markup and CSS don't validate? And why do you use an XHTML doctype if your markup isn't XHTML?

Don't use px for font sizes. Use 100% for body text, larger percentages for headings and the like, and (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.

design fine but this string:
"Web Designer India offers Flash web designing services, Professional 2D 3D Animation Website Logo" not good formated. And make SEO
