I recommend that you fix the markup errors and CSS errors reported by the online tools.

Don't use px for font sizes. Instead, use 100% for body text, larger percentages for headings and the like, and (slightly) smaller percentages for legalese and similar fine print.

the home page is really long, maybe you want to split this up into multiple pages?

the lay out looks great, the blue and gray color combination is also nice.

i think all you need to do is the markup errors as what Darin suggest.
