Hi, I am having a new site done, it will initially be 15 pages with members login contact form etc nothing to complex. the problem I have is one designer is offering me this:

the other designer is saying i dont need all this? they are both almost the same price one is doing all of the above the other says to many services and i dont need them all. what does anyone think I should do is it best to have site designed like all the above for ease of use and further developing or not? Am i getting a good deal from one guy and the other guy not offering as much and just says i dont need services but is is better to have them?

Sounds to me like one guy is promising a bunch of stuff which you didn't necessarily ask for, and the other guy may not have sufficiently explained his proposal. It may be that you haven't spelled out the requirements of your project clearly enough. I wouldn't employ either of them until you have a detailed agreement on the scope of work.
