Hi all! I have a very fussy client who is insisting that a checkbox uses a cross instead of a tick. I've researched online, and can find a way round this using a method using images and JavaScript. Unfortunately this doesn't work for the site in question, as there multiple automatically generated fields.

Iim using a standard form (i.e. <INPUT TYPE="CHECKBOX">).

Does anybody know if There is some kind of formatting I can apply?

Thanks in advance!!

The JS method can probably be made to work anyway. But does it work when JS and/or images are disabled?

Not for ordinary checkboxes, no.
