I am at a loss. I have spent the last week researching web designers. Has anyone used a free web design service that they are COMPLETELY happy with? Has anyone used the services of SBI (site build it)? It seems overly complicated. I'm just looking for a good web designer who won't rob me. I'd appreciate all advice.
