when i open this in internet explorer7 or firfox it is not opening well


help me how to fix this
and any seggestion will be deeply appreciated

Our online validator reports a number of markup errors, several of which indicate broken structure. I recommend that you start by fixing that.

It looks like you're absolutely positioning div#container, which takes it out of the regular flow of content. So the rest of the content goes where it would go, ignoring where div#content is.
