This shouldnt be happening because other pages dont do it. They just remain still even with the window getting smaller.

That happens to my website to, it looks best on my old computer which was much smaller and like 7 years old sometimes its just the background size of the computer size, you can't really do much to fix it because it'll just keep messing up on new bigger or smaller computers and not look right.
