Why does pages jump around

click on the links and see how the site jumps to right, /test2 when you click on /test2/eg.php then you see how it moves to right whole page.

That's because you're centering your page. When the browser adds a scrollbar on the right, there is less room on the right. The centered content moves to the left to stay centered.
