I have been trying to update page on our website to include text boxes for the purchaser to supply us with information. I tried to add the code to the original page and was unsuccessful in getting it to work. I did not write the original html code. I have since then learn ...generated the page information in a table. I have two problem...1. I like for the table to be small in size and 2. I need to add other information on the page the would not be in the table. I have include old code and the new code so that you can see what I like to accomplish.

Can't really see that. Could you liknk to working pages instead with images and JS and whatnot in place?
