AFAIK the link must be in the flash, so you need to edit the .fla file the .swf was made from.

Pandy is right, there is no way to link the .fla externally (no chance of <a href="http://www.anysite.com" />.fla here</a>.

Fire up flash and change the button to have a link, if your using Dreamweaver there is a quick and dirty flash button insert tool that allows you to link to other docs.
