Today, browsers that can't read CSS will probably also ignore the presentational markup in the Transitional DTD. The real problem is with browsers (or browser-like OS components) that try to implement CSS, but get it wrong.

This is the first thing I see. In fact, I see it every time I click a link.

Where's all the money then? I mean, this is to help people to "make money online", so presumably you must be running 256, 512, or 1024 instances of the "making money online" system, and must have so much money you don't really know what to do with it. If you give some to me, I can pay the mortgage and spare some time to look at your design.
