I bought Front Page 2003 because it was suggested to me that I needed a software to build a website. I installed the software and I expected sample web designs that I would just fill in with content. Unfortunately, that's not what I am getting. How do I proceed?

I didn't know FP still could be purchased. FP generates extremely bad HTML, so good riddance to bad rubbish, I say.

You have a choice. Either you learn HTML and do it properly or you find some other program that does what you want. I know such programs exist, but I don't remember any names, sorry. Those programs will with all likelyhood produce even worse HTML than FP. Come to think of it, there is a third choice. Find a template you like and learn enough HTML to make changes to it.
