I'm developing a web site and I want to
create a colored border(wide enough for links) around the middle text area. The text content area will be white. I don't
need the color codes, just how to position that large white
writing content area in the middle. I know by trial and error and
research I could eventually master it, but it sure would be
nice to get some friendly help to hasten the web building
process and conquer that white whale in the middle.
