I have created a program that allows users to enter records for athletes. The details are stored in a MS Access Database.
The web application starts fine but when i enter data it does not access and record the details and when i do search it displays a blank screen.

Attached is the whole program for you guys to look at.
If someone can help me i would apreciate it thanks in advance for all help.
