Hey guys, I really want to learn basic CSS/HTML skills. I can use dreamweaver and photoshop like crazy, but I really havent done the basics in a long time. Take a look at this prototype pic. Can A site like this be made just by html and css, if so what is a good tutorial site for me to learn how? Thanks

Yes. There isn't much else to use if you don't think about Flash.

There are some links in the beginning of the FAQ http://htmlhelp.com/faq/html/docs.html#technology. As for other tutorials, I don't really know. How 'beginner' do you need? If you already know some of it, you may get something out of looking at layout examples, for instance those found here: http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=CssLayouts

Yes, as Pandy says. But some warning signs - the screenshot looks beautiful and neat, but what happens if the user's browser window is a (very) different size? The design looks awfully like one of those fixed width things, very popular on "professional" websites, but also very ugly except on the original designer's setup.
