What I'm looking to do is have a page that looks completely blank...I might have a little grunge graphic make it look distressed and have a small graphic in the bottom left corner....
What I want to do with coding is make it so when someone runs their mouse over the Left side of the screen an image appears..but not just pops in..it slowly appears as they run the mouse over it...like fades in...and it fades out when the mouse is moved off the image...
When they run their mouse over the right side a frame appears with a rollplay in it and they can scroll down with the frame and read it..but when the frame apears if they take their mouse off the frame it stays on the screen...it doesn't disappear again...because that would be just annoying...
so page appears blank...mouse over left side of page image fades in/ mouse off image fades out.....mouse over right side of page roleplay or story appears in a frame..mouse off of the frame frame doesn't disappear....
I can make the frame...haven't figured out how to make it disappear until mouse over yet..and haven't figured out how to make an image fade in and out after mouse over....

I can make the image disappear by using a change image on mouseover script and having one image just blank and the other over the image I want....if you mouse over the image appears...but its choppy and just pops in...I want a fade...is it possible??
Also I was wondering if you can code a background so it grows and shrinks depending on people's screen resolution...like 860 x 1020 or whatever and 1020x1500 something like that anyway...Because sometimes when I put a background I made on a website then change the resolution on my computer it tiles and the image is still the size my screen was before..the size I made it...is it possible to have it grow and shrink depending on resolution??>..
