Normally, pages scroll up and down.

I want mine to scroll sideways.

How would I do this?

Would I just specify everything next to each other and it'll do it automatically?

Help!

This doesn't seem to be an answer at all. The OP wants to make a page that scrolls sideways, so a bunch of stuff on the hidden assumption that you want to make a page that scrolls vertically doesn't help, does it?

Try the galleries one this (very old) page:

I think it's safest to include everything in a very wide table - CSS will not help you much, because it is designed to embody hidden assumptions, and you will probably just be fighting against it.

Since the FAQ entry explains how to avoid horizontal scrolling, the OP simply needs to do the opposite.

The FAQ entry also mentions that horizontal scrolling is an annoyance.

Huh? Avoiding horizontal scrolling on a page that is intended to scroll vertically is not remotely the opposite to making a page that is intended to scroll horizontally.

Perhaps, and if the FAQ is talking about horizontal scrolling in a page intended to scroll vertically, this is true. If the FAQ purports to instruct people that they should not make pages intended to scroll horizontally, then it's just more fascist nonsense. (But I think the first thing is more likely.)

Do you think there is something wrong with the Artofar-

Torium. (Only a single linebreak there, but I don't trust this junk software not to mess it up.)

(I don't think you are reading the original question properly - and it is extremely clearly expressed.)
