I am having some difficulties trying to get my site the way I want it. I have a phpbb set up and it shows the main page just fine out of the box. What I want to do is use a flash set up with a transparent background that will have the announcements underneath as a background. Since the only thing on the site that changes on a daily to weekly basis is the main post in teh news forums, I was hoping to beable to keep this editting feature of the forums but retain something unique with a flash overlay.

Chances are I'm looking to do something that is over the top and outrageous, but at this point I just want to know how to do it or if it's even possible.
