Good afternoon. I creating a site and I've come upon a problem. The right side of the site is a list of information which is updated frequently. I want the same text to appear on all the pages of the site but I was wonder if there was a way to update just on element and have it update on every page the text appears.

For example. On the right side there would be some lists:

Space shuttle launches

Reviews

Rocky Part XII
Jaws XIII
Basic Instinct III

Every day these example lists would change but if I have to change it on every page it would take a very long time. IS there some way to bring in an element like a text box or something like it, update the text in that element once and have it update accross all the pages the element appears.

Thank you very much for any help you can give me with this question.
