Ok, so basically I just need to know how to code this:




I just need to know how to keep the title and likes and bar stationary while the text disappears under it when users scroll. I'm sure if frames would work cause I don't want a scroll bar for the links and title and I don't want the bar to be a box, but kind of curvy like in the picture. Can anyone help me???

It's possible to do in CSS using position: fixed, but Internet Explorer 6 and earlier don't support it.
