Hello, I just started a new project and I faced a problem.. I tryed all the ways on the internet for this, but still no luck. I want to have quite big picture and text near it on the right side. IPB Image something like that.

<img src='images/antis.jpg' align='right' />

<p>An island or isle is any piece of sub-continental
land that is surrounded by water. Very small islands
such as emergent land features on atolls can be called
islets, cays or keys.</p>

<p>An island in a river or lake may be called an eyot or
holm. A grouping of geographically or geologically
related islands is called an archipelago.</p>

Thanks for the answers.

Also I don't want to create a new topic, so maybe someone could help me to make a index page not full screen? At the moment it is from corner to corner, but I want to make it a bit narrower, like a box. This is example http://www.smallwebsites.co/ These question might sound stupid to you, but for me atm it is like the Everest.

Float it to the left.

<img id="my_image" src="/the_image.png">

All your text here.

css
#my_image{
float:left;
}

It looks like something is limiting the width of your content, and the limit is narrower than the width of your image. If there isn't room to the side of a floated image, then the text that follows can't appear to the side of the floated image.

And for margins, use CSS:

The picture above shows a popup window. See http://htmlhelp.com/faq/html/links.html#window-specify

That's site uses a full screen window, but with some CSS margin or padding around the content.

Thanks for the information smile.gif I fixed the text somehow. The page was divided into 4 different columns.
