First time here, forgive any stumbling I do here.
I will have over 2000 listings in an eBay store. Each listing will have its own jpg and description for the product, but underneath the pic and description will be policy and shipping links, promo artwork, etc., a template let's say, that will be consistant in all listings. What I want to do is design my html for the template in another page in my website and just reference it, call it, import it, however that works, in all the listings, so that in the future when I find the things I should have done different, I can just update my html template, and all the listings will automatically be updated. Please, is there anyone who knows how this can be done?

I have no idea what you can do with an ebay store, but if it's hosted by ebay's servers maybe server-side includes must be ruled out (then again maybe ebay offers some similar functionality). See http://pages.ebay.com/storefronts/seller-landing.html

If all else fails you can always use a better text editor (e.g. TextPad or NoteTab) that features batch find & replace, then you might relatively easily change common content in all listings' files.
